Having worked in Equity Release for a couple of years before joining Pure I was attracted by the opportunity to join a fast growing company that really values its culture and people. It has been almost two years now and I really enjoy the pace at which things move whilst working alongside a great group of people. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, live music, festivals and planning the next trip away.

Joshua Mildenhall

I’ve worked in the Equity Release sector for over 9 years (100% of my working life) and even after just a few short weeks at Pure, I already feel like one of the team. It’s great to work for a company that truly values their staff and consistently encourages and supports further development along with giving staff the freedom to influence change within the company. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, and exploring great parts of the world. In 2018 I travelled the east coast of Australia stopping of at Singapore and Bali on the way, which is where I proposed to my wonderful and extremely tolerant Fiancée.

Alison Campbell

I joined Pure in June 2019 as NBS Relationship Manager. I’ve worked in finance environments for 20 years, starting as a customer service advisor, then complaint handling, before specialising in relationship management. I’ve been really impressed with the dedication and can-do attitude of the staff at Pure, as well as their friendly and welcoming approach, which made my introduction to the company so positive. When I’m not working, or driving between Manchester and Leeds, I spend my time on live music events, great food, and fibre arts (that’s a fancy term for sewing, knitting and crochet – I’ve truly embraced middle age)
