Pure Retirement is pleased to announce the launch of a pair of new video series aimed at both advisers and consumers and available through respective YouTube channels.
Created with an adviser audience in mind, the new FAQ series aims to answer questions often fielded to Pure's Intermediary Sales team and create a new information source for advisers wanting to gain a greater understanding of the company's operations and what assistance and processes are on hand to support them as needed. In the first episode, Pure's BDM for the North Daniel Edmondson explains digital application processes and what benefits they can have for advisers and consumers alike. Launched Monday, the video can be watched here, with new content being available fortnightly going forward.
With research highlight misconceptions among potential equity release customers about plans and what they could mean for their future financial planning, Pure have also created a Mythbusting series, with members of the Sales team addressing customer concerns and making sure they've a clear and accurate picture of what taking out equity release could mean for them. In the first edition, the BDM for the Central Region Anna Thompson discusses overpayment options – the video went live this morning, and again the series will be updated on a fortnightly basis going forward.
