Who is Pure Retirement?

Established in 2013, Pure Retirement is an equity release and lifetime mortgage specialist who firmly believes everyone deserves to enjoy their later years.

We're one of the largest lifetime mortgage lenders in the later life lending market and help people over 55 to release equity from their homes to achieve their financial goals. Everything we do is underpinned by our three core values – honesty, simplicity, and responsibility – meaning that we'll always operate in a way that ensures you are treated fairly at all times.

What's changing?

Not much at all. You don't need to do anything to finalise this transfer, it's all been taken care of.

  • Your interest rate and terms and conditions will not change as a result of this transfer.
  • You still won't need to make payments on it – although, if you want to you can.
  • Your annual mortgage statement will be sent by Pure Retirement moving forward.
  • When you took out your mortgage, Nationwide was registered as the lender. As part of this transfer, Nationwide will update the register at the Land Registry. Pure will then become the registered lender.

You are gaining some additional services with Pure Retirement, for example, you can now register free of charge for Pure's online platform, MyPure*.

*Access may differ depending on your account type.

Did you know, you can now manage your account online?

Pure Retirement's MyPure is a secure account management platform that allows you to manage your lifetime mortgage account across devices including smartphones, tablets or PCs. With it you can view your account balance, transaction history and make ad-hoc payments at any time.
