Having worked in Financial Services since leaving college, the majority of my career has been in various management roles which was where I developed my passion for delivering excellent customer service. Before being made redundant in 2017, I spent my last year at Swinton Insurance as a Customer Service Manager, giving me great experience to bring my role at Pure as Development Coach. Everyone had told me how great it was working at Pure and I can certainly say I agree – it really does have a great family atmosphere where people are encouraged to develop themselves and career aspirations are supported. In my spare time I love going to the gym, walking, interior design and going to as many Kylie concerts as possible!
